We gladly accept returns up to 14 days from the day you received your order. All items must be returned new and unused.
All costs for returning styles bought at munthe.com are at your own expense.
Please note that we do not accept returns with Hermes, as they unfortunately do not deliver directly to our warehouse.
If you wish to exchange an item/order for a different size, then you must place a new order for the desired size and return your original purchase for a full refund. We do not exchange items upon reception. All returned items will be refunded, if sent back within 14 days of the date of reception by the customer.
How long does it take?
We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible - generally within a few days. During periods with extra many orders, such as e.g. during sale, it can take up to a week. You will receive an email as soon as we have processed your return.

Please note that the package must be sent, with a carrier of your choice, directly to the address above – not to a parcel shop. We recommend that you always return your purchase with a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt about whether the parcel has been received by MUNTHE. We do not take responsibility for lost return packages.
Upon returning products, the parcel must contain the return form provided by us. The return form can be found alongside your purchase or downloaded right here: RETRUN FORM
You are more than welcome to stop by our store in Århus or Copenhagen in order to return your purchase. Please note that the stores will not be able to refund your payment.
Upon the arrival of the goods, we will make a refund to the card used for payment. The refund will typically be available to you within 3-4 business days after your return. If you return a full order you will also receive the amount you paid for shipping when placing the order.
We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, washed or items without tags. As soon as we have received the returned item(s) and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount of the returned item(s) back to the same card used for payment.
If items have been received free of charge as part of a deal, and the item that triggered the deal is returned, the item received free of charge must also be returned.
