FROM GARDEN TO GARMENT: THE BOTANICAL LANGUAGE OF THE SPRING SUMMER 26 COLLECTION
At the core of the Spring Summer 26 collection is a signature print developed through a plant-based dye technique, where real flowers and leaves were placed on treated fabric. Through a controlled infusion process, natural pigments transferred directly onto the material, creating detailed, individually crafted impressions that define the visual language. This technique not only details the collection’s visual identity but also reflects a broader commitment to experimentation and slow, process-driven design. Each print serves as a direct imprint of nature – unpredictable, refined, and entirely unique.
“I spent time in my own garden, carefully selecting and picking flowers and leaves to use in the creation of the prints featured in the collection. It was important for me to work with natural elements, to allow nature to influence the artistic direction. ”– Founder, Naja Munthe
Each garment becomes more than a finished piece - it is a record of touch, patience, and place. In this way, the collection not only captures the fleeting essence of a season, but also reaffirms a design philosophy rooted in intention, authenticity, and a deep respect for the natural world.
