MUNTHE DONATED 10% OF  PRE-TAX PROFITS IN 2025 TO SUPPORT WOMEN'S INITIATIVES

In 2025 we donated 10% of MUNTHE’s annual profits before tax to organizations dedicated to supporting and empowering women. Through these contributions, we were able to support initiatives working across education, health, gender equality, crisis intervention, and long-term empowerment – both in Denmark and internationally. For me, this commitment goes far beyond financial support. It reflects the core values of MUNTHE and my belief that women everywhere deserve equal opportunities, safety, and the freedom to shape their own futures. Each organization we support plays an essential role in creating both immediate help and lasting structural change. As a female founder and owner, I feel a strong responsibility to use our platform to advocate for equality and to amplify women’s voices. Empowering women is deeply personal to me, and I am proud that through MUNTHE, I can contribute to building a more inclusive and respectful world.”

MUNTHE: 2025 CONTRIBUTION TO WOMEN’S INITIATIVES

As part of its ongoing commitment to female empowerment, MUNTHE allocated 10% of its annual profits before tax in 2025 to initiatives dedicated to advancing and supporting women. Based on the company’s 2024 financial results, the total donation for 2025 is estimated at approximately 500,000 DKK (66,946 EUR). This commitment reflects MUNTHE’s long-standing dedication to female empowerment and to creating tangible, long-term social impact. The organizations supported by MUNTHE work across a wide range of focus areas, including protection against domestic violence, access to education, gender equality, mental health support, crisis intervention, and long-term empowerment of women and girls. Together, they represent both immediate support and long-term structural change – locally in Denmark and globally.

During 2025, MUNTHE donated a total of 442,011.75 DKK (59,167.25 EUR) to the following initiatives: ·

· Danner – Supporting women and children exposed to domestic violence through shelters, counselling, and advocacy work – 75,000 DKK

 · Plan International – international work in six west African countries where SRHR are furthest from being realized (sexual and reproductive health and rights = the right of individuals to control their own bodies) – 125,000 DKK and 6,610 DKK supporting monthly sponsorships for two girls

 · Little Big Help – committed to put 10 young women in India through the Little Big Help tailoring course. The tailoring course empower the women to learn a craft, so they can get a job or be self-employed after the course – 50,000 DKK

 · Dansk Kvindesamfund – Denmark’s oldest women’s rights organization, advocating for equality, political representation, and legal rights – 56,700 DKK

 · Kujuwa Initiative – Through the SOKO program, menstruation kits were distributed to young girls, helping ensure they can attend school and participate fully in daily life without interruption – 34,151.75 DKK

· Mødrehjælpen – Supporting mothers and families in vulnerable life situations through counselling, financial aid, and social programs – 45,000 DKK

 · GirlTalk – Offering free and anonymous counselling to girls and young women struggling with mental health and wellbeing – 25,000 DKK

 · Reden – Providing support, healthcare, and safe spaces for women in prostitution or exposed to human trafficking – 25,000 DKK

The remaining approximately 58,000 DKK (7,800 EUR) will be carried forward and added to the total donation that will be allocated for 2026, further strengthening MUNTHE’s ongoing commitment to supporting women globally.

FEMALE EMPOWERMENT: A CORE COMMITMENT AT MUNTHE

Despite progress toward equality, gender inequality continues to limit opportunities for many women and girls worldwide. Women are often paid less, carry a disproportionate share of unpaid caregiving responsibilities, and in some regions are denied basic rights such as education, fair pay, or freedom of expression. At MUNTHE, we believe that empowering women is essential to building a more inclusive, respectful, and prosperous society. This belief guides our commitment to using MUNTHE as a platform to advocate for gender equality, including through initiatives such as MUNTHE ART MONDAY, which highlights and supports female artists globally. Founded and owned by Naja Munthe, the brand remains dedicated to fostering female leadership and creating lasting, positive change for future generations.
