All orders placed after 5. November 2025 can be returned until 15 January 2026 🎁
To be able to buy your gifts in good time, and with peace of mind, all orders placed on or after 5 November 2025 will have an extended return, and can be exchanged until 15 January 2026.
If you, or the recipient, wishes to return or exchange an item for another size, another item or a different color, please use our easy digital Return and exchange portal. We ask that you have your email and order number ready.
It is always a good idea to order your presents well in advance in December. Extra pressure on shipping companies and parcel shops in December, can unfortunately mean delays. We encourage you to follow the recommended deadlines for ordering and delivery before the 24 December.
Denmark:
Order no later than 19 December before 11.00 for delivery before 24 December.
EU:
Order no later than 17 December before 11.00 for delivery before 24 December.
Rest of the world:
Order no later than 12 December before 11.00 for delivery before 24 December.
For orders placed close to the deadline, it is extra important that someone is present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, or you can choose to have your order delivered to a pick-up place, in a parcel shop (which we therefore recommend).
Please note that the above dates are indicative and are the recommended last days of dispatch from GLS. Factors beyond our control such as strikes, winter weather conditions, pandemics etc. can delay your order.
If you are running late with your holiday shopping, or in doubt about what to buy, then a gift card to the webshop is a perfect idea for a gift.
Our gift cards can be sent directly to the recipient's inbox at a time that you decide. Of course, you can also choose to receive it yourself, perhaps to print the nice card and put it under the tree. There is thus no delivery time for gift cards. Perfect last minute gift!
To purchase multiple gift cards, simply add them individually to your cart. For each gift card you purchase, you will receive a unique email. Gift certificates to munthe.com are valid for three years.
Returns should be sent to the webshop using our digtal returns portal. See the information on our Returns page. Remember that we always refund the money to the means of payment used for the purchase. It is also possible to return items purchased on the webshop in our physical store in Copenhagen.
