If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please remember that the returned item must be in unused condition and with the original labels and hangtags still attached.
How to return or exchange your item(s):
Visit OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE PORTAL before sending your item(s) back. Have your order number (e.g. EN12345) and your email address ready, as you will need them.
Once you have registered your return online and stated the reason you are sending the item(s) back, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Send your parcel to the address specified in the email.
Please note that your parcel must be sent, with a carrier of your choice, directly to the address specified in the email – not to a parcel shop. We recommend that you use DHL or GLS (traceable). You are responsible for payment of your return. We recommend that you always return your purchase with a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt about whether the parcel has been received by MUNTHE. We do not take responsibility for lost return packages.
Upon returning products, the parcel must contain the return form provided by us. The return form can be found alongside your purchase
We want to make your return and exchange process as simple as possible. Therefore it is possible to exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, via Our Return and Exchange Portal. We offer free shipping of all exchanged items. You are still responsible for sending the original item(s) back to us, and arranging and paying for this. We offer exchanges to any available item in the online store.
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible - generally within a few days. During peak periods with many orders, such as during sales, it can take up to a week. You will receive an email as soon as we have processed your return.
Your exchange, on the other hand, will be shipped as soon as you have logged it in Our Return and Exchange Portal and paid for it.
When returning goods, please include the return slip that was included in the package when you received your order. This helps us to ensure that we can correctly and quickly associate the return package with your order.
Items that have been worn, altered, washed or are missing their hang tags cannot be returned.
