Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Make sure to check your spam filter in case you have not received the email.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
You will receive another email from us once your order is packed and sent. This email will inform you of a 'track and trace' number, alongside the shipping service used to deliver your package.
HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER STATUS?
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
It is not possible to change an already existing order. Therefore, you have to cancel the existing order, after which we will refund the amount used in the transaction. Afterward, you will be able to make a new order with the desired items.
It is always possible to cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped yet. In order to do so, just reply to the email you received containing your order confirmation.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your gift card is purchased at munthe.com, you can use it online by entering the code after you have placed your items in the basket. If the gift card is issued to one of our stores, it can only be redeemed there.
CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD ONLINE?
You can pay by Dankort, Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. The amount will be deducted from your account once the item is ready for dispatch. On MUNTHE.COM we encrypt all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that any unauthorized persons will not read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. However, MUNTHE reserves the right to transfer the amount of the purchase through a bank transfer to Sydbank. The order is only shipped once the bank transfer has been received.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE DELIVERY COST?
We always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. At MUNTHE, we typically ship your purchase within 1-3 business days in Denmark and within 3-5 workdays on international orders / outside Denmark.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
However, keep in mind that GLS does not deliver packages on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 11 AM will be sent the following Monday.
We keep stock on all items you may find on MUNTHE.com or at our stores. In the unlikely event that an item should be sold out or an error may occur in our stock status, we will do our best to get it to you as fast as possible. However, some additional delivery time might befall those orders and if so, we will contact you to let you know.
Yes. No problem. Orders made at EN.MUNTHE.COM will be processed in € Euro. Orders made at MUNTHE.COM, our Danish site, will be processed in DKK.

- Simply fill out the return form which can be found in the package alongside your purchase. Unable to locate it? Do not worry. You can also find the RETURN FORM here. Simply print and fill it out.
- Pack the goods securely before returning them.
- Return the goods to the following shipping address.
Please note that you are responsible for the package returned to MUNTHE. Therefore, we always recommend that you send it as a package with GLS or another trustworthy shipping provider, which can supply you with a track and trace number. Upon receiving the package we will refund the money to the card used for payment. If you want to exchange your purchase for a new item, just make a new order via MUNTHE.com
